Kitchen Week continues! Today, I made Zucchini Chips! They're super scrumptious, even for the non-zucchini lover.
Things You'll Need:
- Zucchini
- Knife
- Olive Oil
- Baking Sheet
- Salt, Pepper, Garlic (etc.)
- Oven
Step 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2. Cut thin slices of zucchini and place them on baking sheet. (You can put wax/parchment paper down first, but it's not necessary.)
Step 3. Add olive oil. Spray-able olive oil is desirable. But in my case, I used liquid, and simply spread it on.
Step 4. Then add your seasoning. I used sea salt & garlic powder, as seen below.
Step 5. Put in oven for 12 minutes, or until crispy.
Step 6. Let cool for 3 minutes before eating.
